How can I order?
Add the products you would like to purchase to your cart and follow the checkout procedure. Please make sure that you’ve created an account to follow the status of your order once you have completed the purchase.
How do I contact you?
You can contact us from Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 18:00 hour:
Where are you located?
We are located in Almere in the Netherlands.
What payments methods do you offer?
We accept direct bank transfer, PayPal, Ideal and other online payment methods.
Do you have different sizes?
Most of our products are available in different sizes. The available sizes are stated at each product.
Are the products 100% genuine and new?
Yes, the products of KMDB are 100% genuine and of the highest quality.
How is the print pressed on the clothing?
The print is professionally pressed on the clothing with a transfer heat press on 160 degrees, by doing this the clothes can easily be washed.
Can I was the clothes?
All the clothes of KMDB can be washed following the details in the label of the clothes.
How do I cancel an order?
Please contact as soon as possible if you would like to cancel an order, once we’ve sent the order you’re no longer able to cancel it.
What is the maximum size that is available?
KMDB offeres sizes from 0-36 months, at each product we state what the available sizes are.
Can I also deliver my own print?
It sure is possible to deliver your own print that we press on clothing. Please contact us directly to discuss the terms.
Can you also press my own clothing?
It is possible that we press a design on your own clothing, please contact us to discuss the terms.
What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
Within the Netherlands the shipping costs are € 1,99 and for orders with a value of €50,- or higher we ship for free.
What are the shipping costs within Belgium?
Within Belgium we send all the products with a flat rate of 4,25 Euro.
How are the products being send?
The products are being send with a Dutch local mail company.
What is the average delivery time?
We have an average delivery time of 2-4 business days.
