Return Policy

You have 14 days to determine if you are happy with the products that you have purchased. When you would like to exchange one of the products with a similar product but for instance in a different size or color you can check mark this on the KMDB return form. You can cancel your order within 14 days without any reason.

After you cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will get a complete refund including the shipment costs. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the additional return costs – any extra costs for deliveries afterwards will not be charged according to the KMDB terms and conditions.

When sending products back to use please be aware of the following return criterion:

• your products are not custom made;
• your products are still in the original package which you need to send back too;
• your products are not damaged and/or used;
• you provide a copy of the delivery note;
