Herewith we inform you that it is very important for us that we deliver you products of high quality. However it may occur that one product is not as the quality as expected due to delivery or something else that might cause the product to be damaged. By law you are obliged to inform us about this within 2 months after you have noticed this. When the problems falls within the garantee we will replace or repair your product without any additional costs.

As from the February 15, 2016 for consumers within the EU it is possible to report your complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found by going here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr . When your complaint is not being processed somewhere else thenit is possible to report your complaint there.
